Lancaster County man attacked victim with metal chair, brick: police - pennlive.com

A 56-year-old Lancaster man was charged with aggravated assault after police said he attacked another person with a metal folding chair and a brick, according to a report.

Officers in Manheim Township were dispatched to the first block of Broad Street on Sept. 3 for a report of an attack involving weapons. Police met with the victim, who said Leonides Rosario was one of the people who attacked him.

A witness told investigators they saw Rosario and a group of people walk to the victim’s home before the attack. Rosario was seen picking up a metal folding chair and hitting the victim with it, the police report said.
